In today’s world, we are constantly exposed to deadly toxic chemicals. We don’t realize this, and it is quite easy to just forget that we are constantly surrounded poisonous elements, but that’s only because we have developed immune systems. Babies, especially newborns, are not fully developed, both with their immune systems or their brains and other organs.

Harmful elements found in non-organic mattresses can be detrimental to your baby’s health and may cause neurological problems later down the line.

So what about travel cribs?

Yes, I would highly recommend purchasing a non organic travel crib. Your baby spend approximately 10-13 hours a day sleeping. When you are away from home, and in an unfamiliar setting, babies tend to sleep less. But, they still sleep a bit, so why not protect them when they do.

What about other baby furniture?

I say better be safe than sorry. You should attempt to buy all of your furniture as organic. Especially things that are constantly in use. Such as what? Such as feeding tables, bouncy chairs, or toys. With feeding tables, you have to realize that many kids eat off of these. Do you really want your child’s food tainted with industrial chemicals? Uh uh I don’t think so!

What is so great about Organic Mattresses

Organic objects are made of pure substances that are not harmful for your baby. There are many alternate materials that can be used, but most companies use poisonous substances because they are cheaper. Organic made items usually cost a little more money, but are so much better in the long run. Not only does organic mattresses protect from chemicals but from dyes.

Basically, organic items are better for your baby. Non-organic mattresses can be deadly for the child. Not only should you invest in organic mattresses, but you should search for organic or naturally made baby furniture.
